We will work together to understand the link between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as to discover and interpret the unconscious processes that may also be present.
Types of individual work
- Time Limited
- Short Term: 12 weekly sessions to address specific, focused outcomes.
- Longer Term: Up to 40 weekly sessions to address specific challenges as well as to create opportunity for deeper, exploratory work.
- Open Ended Weekly individual, at-depth sessions working without a specific time frame and looking at emerging dynamics both inside and outside of the therapy space
