During this time, I accumulated hands on experience and insight into the world of leadership and management, leading to an acute understanding work related issues such as stress, performance anxiety and managing people. I also work as an executive coach on significant job related issues such as career counselling, redundancy, performance enhancement and leadership development.
My approach towards psychotherapy is to combine my orientation towards academic accomplishment with an informal and approachable manner with my clients. I have worked clinically within a number of psychological settings and with clients from a variety of backgrounds and presentations.
These settings have spanned hospitals, not-for-profit organisations as well as private practice. I currently work with leading insurance and Employee Assistance Programmes to meet the high-quality service demands of their corporate clients.
I am also very pleased to hear from private individuals considering entering therapy and so I have endeavoured to make my practice as accessible as possible in terms of affordability, disability and diversity.
I am committed to ethical, non-discriminatory practice and welcome individuals and couples of all cultures, faiths and sexual orientations. I abide by the principles and ethics of the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy).
