The very nature of organisations means that business change together with the movement of individuals causes the organisation’s culture to change constantly, sometimes imperceptibly, sometimes dramatically.
I am also an Organisational OD/Change and HR consultant with 17 years’ experience leading and executing strategic transformation projects in Financial, Technology, HR and Transportation industries, focused on supporting successful business and people change initiatives.
