My experience includes long and short-term psychotherapy within private practice and the NHS with a range of issues, including but not limited to: relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, sexual issues and bereavement.

Before setting up in private practice, I worked as a counsellor at a bereavement service for 3 years.I have worked as an HR professional for 15 years. This extensive experience enabled me to have an understanding of the challenges and potential conflicts facing people within organisations, which can trigger work related stress and depression
